Accumulation of Lathenum with Various Species in Oryzias Latipes Body-中国期刊网

摘要 TheaccumulationandabsorptionkineticsofLabyfish(Oryziaslatipes)frombothwaterandfoodweretestedinfreshwater.TheeffectsofLaconcentrationinwaterandfoodandtheexistenceoffulvicacidontheabsorptionwereinvestigated.ItwasdemonstratedthattheamountofLaaccumulatedinfishincreaseswiththeincreaseinLaconcentrationinwaterandfoodandexposureduration,whichthenormalphysiologicalactivityoffishwasinhibited.Withfulvicinthesystem,theabsorptionratedecreasessignificantlyindicatingthatthefulviccombinedLaisnotavailabletothefishuptake.
